Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy and have therefor implemented a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are always free and no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please contact us at tom@pigmentpluscanvas.com ASAP for a replacement. Please document the damaged packaging with photos and include a photo of the shipping label. If the packaging is damaged enough that you suspect the product may be damaged please also document the package prior to opening. 

CANCELLATIONS

All artwork is custom made upon your order. Kindly cancel your order within 24 hours.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
